Cookies and browser storage

Tablejar stores in your browser only what is needed for the app to work and for convenience: so you can return to your settlement, keep your language and theme, and use secure forms.

• bs_dev essential

  Recognises this device so you can return to your place in a settlement without an account. Kept for: 2 years.

• bs_sess essential

  Session and protection of forms against forged requests. Kept for: until the browser is closed.

• bs_lang functional

  Remembers your chosen language. Kept for: up to a year.

• bs_theme functional

  Remembers your chosen theme (light, dark, automatic). Kept for: up to a year.

• bs_last_email functional

  Remembers your email address to suggest it when you log in. Kept for: up to a year.

• bs_ui functional

  Remembers which panels you have collapsed. Kept for: up to a year.

• bs_ref functional

  Remembers which link (e.g. a QR code) brought you here; used only for aggregate statistics, no personal data. Kept for: up to 30 days.

• bs_pv functional

  Lets us count a visit to a page once a day (no tracking across pages). Kept for: 1 day.

• bs_st functional

  Remembers when you landed on the start page, to measure in aggregate how long it takes to the first bill (removed after you start a bill or after a day). Kept for: 1 day.

• bs_inv_… functional

  Remembers whether the invitation QR card is collapsed in a given settlement. Kept for: up to a year.

• bs_name (pamięć przeglądarki) functional

  Remembers your name to suggest it when you create another bill. Kept for: until site data is cleared.

What we do not do

We use no third-party analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. Anonymous statistics about how the app is used are kept on the server (described in "About").

You can delete cookies in your browser settings. After deleting the device cookie the app will not recognise you as a participant: you can return with your personal link or by logging in with email.
