Ambassador programme rules

Version of 2026-10-23

Pilot version: Tablejar is being tested with invited people. The rules may change, and we will let you know about significant changes.

These rules set out how the Tablejar ambassador programme works (the “Programme”).

1. Organiser

The Programme is run by the operator of the Tablejar service (pilot version). Contact: moc.rajelbat@olleh.

2. What it is

An ambassador is a person who voluntarily recommends Tablejar to friends, study groups, flatmates and on trips. Taking part is free and voluntary. An ambassador is not an employee or contractor of Tablejar; no employment, service or work contract is created, and the Programme does not create an employment relationship.

3. Applying and acceptance

4. Benefits

5. Results and levels

6. Rules

Ambassadors do not spam, do not mislead anyone about what Tablejar can do (the service is not a payment institution and does not process payments), do not present themselves as company representatives and do not use other people’s data without consent.

7. Personal data

For an application we collect: name, email address, community, city, a short motivation and optionally a profile link. We use them only to contact you about the Programme and to assess the application. Data of rejected applications is deleted after 180 days. Data of accepted ambassadors is kept until they leave the Programme. General rules are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Leaving the Programme

An ambassador may leave at any time by writing to the contact address; we then delete their Programme data. The organiser may end someone’s participation, in particular for breaking the rules.

9. Changes

We announce changes on this page. Continuing to take part after a change means accepting it.

Snap the receipt. Tap what’s yours. Get even.

How does it work?

1. You photograph the receipt. The app reads its items and you quickly fix any mistakes (or type them in).

2. Everyone else joins via QR code or link, with no account, and taps what they had. Shared items split themselves, you can take "3 of 8 pizza slices" or treat someone.

3. The app shows who owes whom (fewest transfers) and where each amount comes from.

4. You tick off payments in the app, and when everything adds up the settlement closes.
